THE HOUSE
Galini is a lovingly-restored and extended olive grower’s cottage surrounded by olive trees and oleander. It is situated at the north end of Zakynthos which is particularly beautiful and quieter than the southern tourist areas
Galini sleeps up to ten people with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area in the main house. The private pool area is overlooked by a dramatic ancient olive tree and offers plenty of shaded as well as sunny lounging space
The house is built from local stone and located on the hillside with some of the most stunning views on the island. The large terrace is perfect for alfresco drinks and dining, looking out over the Ionian Sea. The open plan nature of the house is perfect for families and groups of adults to enjoy together
The house is a ten minute drive from the shops and restaurants at St. Nicholas Port and is close to countless authentic tavernas. It's ideally located for boat trips to the Blue Caves and the famous Shipwreck Beach

There’s an en suite bedroom on the ground floor which can be configured as a double or twin room

The two upstairs bedrooms are both twins and share a bathroom on the ground floor - these rooms have low ceilings and are most suitable for children

The other double bedroom is separate to the main house offering a little privacy and is self-contained with a bathroom and patio area
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have new bathrooms

Galini is a family home that we rent out in the summer months and other times when we're not there. Changeover day is Sunday and we rent Galini for full weeks only. We ask for a £300 damages deposit which is refundable after your stay. 50% of the rental fee is payable on booking and the remainder is due 30 days before your stay
